WHAT WAS THE CLIENT LOOKING TO ACCOMPLISH IN THIS PROJECT?

The client’s goal was to integrate additional space for daily activities while maintaining the existing home style. To do this, we expanded the house layout, enhanced the home’s original aesthetic and provided the desired functionality for day-to-day living. The project turned into an incredible whole house remodel of the interior and exterior along with a 2,000 square foot addition.

WHAT WAS THE MOST DRAMATIC CHANGE MADE TO THE SPACE?

The home underwent a striking transformation, highlighted by the addition of a spacious living room with expansive windows that offer a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. With the installation of these oversized windows at the front of the new living room, the homeowners now fully immerse themselves in the outdoors. While the previous living room also had front-facing windows, this remodel provided an unobstructed view of the property, enhancing the feeling of openness.

WHAT WAS THE HOMEOWNERS FAVORITE UPDATE?

Not only does the fireplace add to the modern aesthetic of the outdoor living space, but it provides ample opportunities for quality family time outside.
